Our Heathcote Shiraz offers a full-bodied expression of the region’s bold character. Bursting with rich berry and dark fruit flavours with a delightful hint of spices and cracked pepper. A 5% blend of estate-grown Tempranillo adds deeper cherry notes, enhancing the wine’s complexity. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, it develops a refined structure and smooth tannins, concluding with a lingering, toasty oak finish.
